Comment: i didnt rate you a 1 because i can see you send your swaps out & because of the fact that i see you havent logged in from the time i have sent you a message im trully sorry to do this but i never recieved anything i sent you a PM on the 14th and i sent you an email a few days later i never heard back from you if i recieve something i will re-rate you. thanks and sorry again its just been well over the 2 weeks now

Comment: Recieved a resend 3 months later, so still don't feel that meet a quick turn around requirement for the swap.
