Comment: What wonderful happy mail! I love, love, love the ATC'sx4 that you made for me. Butterflies always make me happy. I like how you muted/blended the background papers. Did you do that with paint? The extras are all wonderful, too, especially the chickadee napkin.
Response: Glad you like them. I muted the background with white gesso. I often prefer them blended rather than hard lines.

Comment: Thank you for the autumn page! It's a bit bigger than 7" x 9" (18cm x 23cm) so it won't fit in my art journal without trimming it. I like having a collaborative art journal with pages made by other people. Very fun to see what others make. If you do more swaps in this series, it may be good to cut down your paper to fit the measurements. Take care!

And I love the leaf machine stitch on the one pocket - I'm going to have to see if my machine as that stitch. All I ever seem to use is either a straight stitch or zig zag.
