Comment: Update 9/30: I received the original swap with tea on 9/30. I also received, what I believe, is another resend on 9/26. So, I have received 3 in total, which is what Bellalesa said she sent. Unfortunately, the address hasn't been correct on the swaps (zip code, etc). so it looks like they have been floating around in the USPS. Since we all make mistakes, I'm changing my rating to a 5 in good faith that the original items were sent on time. And she more than made up for it with two resends. It's 9/8/2023 and I have not received anything for this swap with a send date of 8/23/2023. I've communicated with Bellalesa. On 8/20: she sent a message saying the tea was on the way, on 9/3 I let her know the swap had not arrived, on 9/4 I asked her if she really sent it, on 9/4 she let me know that she sent it again (I didn't respond), on 9/5 she told me she sent it again (I didn't respond), and on 9/7 she told me sent it again (I did not respond). I will revise the rating to a 3 should the swap arrive. It's 9/15/23 and the swap is showing up in my informed delivery today. There are several issues with the printed address, including a missing digit in the zip code, so I'm sure that's why it has taken so long (and I haven't received any "resends" at this point either). Others in the swap received their packages in a more timely manner, so I'll give credit where it is due I raised the rating to a 3. I'll update when the resends arrive too. 9/16/2023 I checked my PO Box this morning based on the informed delivery. noted above. The swap included some cute frame stickers and fun packaging but no tea. I believe this is one of the resends. No postmark.

Comment: I feel bad giving a 3, but I feel that with everything involved, it's the true rating- received items per the swap specifications, but sent very late with some but poor communication. Swap marked sent on (28th of October). Messaged on the (11th of November) to say she had been ill and it was going to be late. When asked why she marked sent, she replied saying it was due to a postal issue, changing her story. Offered to change the 'sent' date but never did. I asked if she had started a complaint about the postal worker that had been causing her issues ("dealing with a postal worker that stashed my mail over a period") but received no response. Messaged on 17th of November to say it had been sent within the past few days. Arrived today on 28th on November, with no username or swap name included. I feel bad giving a 3, but given everything mentioned here...
